Orlando Out and About
It's been fun seeing all the houses lit up for the festive season and the trees, bushes and lamp-posts on the streets of Warwick. I've also been in some fantastic eating spots, a shout out to Foxy's Bakery in Stanthorpe who have had a great range of biscuits for Christmas, as has many other places like Little Pomme, Zest and Brinx.
James and Tatiana in Stanthorpe's latest venture for kids, the Retro Arcade that opened at the beginning of December.
We also checked out the new retro games place in the Alley Arcade in Railway Street, Stanthorpe. The new owners, pictured, are very friendly!
Well done to anyone taking the time to make this holiday break special, for children who are out and about, like me. And wow, and wow for the December 21 Christmas Market on Maryland Street! What an awesome time was had by us all. I liked the idea of finding the gifts in some of the store windows - it really was a treasure hunt. Maybe the exceptional face painting was my favourite part - I needed to be patient but! Hoping everyone enjoyed their Christmas and New Year. Try to remember kindness and giving, more-than-ever at this time.
